Cause
This error message is seen when we try to nudge a selection that contains generated data (such as fill layers).
Solution
In order to nudge a selection on a fill layer, we need to convert this fill layer into a raster image.
- Select the fill layer from Layers palette
- Right-click on that layer
- Choose Rasterize Layer
