This error message appears, when a nonlinear problem is tried to be solved by simplex or conic optimizer. If you add both quadratic and conic constraints, you will also encounter this error.
If you have a mixed problem and constraints contain both conic and quadratic constraints, then consider taking out quadratic or conic constraints.
